Learning English is reported to be a $4 billion a year industry in Japan. Despite this, and despite access to dictionaries and native speakers, some funny, strange and utterly confusing English appears everywhere.

Saw this sign on the street in Shinjuku 3-chome. I did a double-take. Had to read it twice.
