Learning English is reported to be a $4 billion a year industry in Japan. Despite this, and despite access to dictionaries and native speakers, some funny, strange and utterly confusing English appears everywhere.

yes, ok, but on the side of a building? no end to childishness. imagine: many meeting were held. many people were involved in the decision making. "yes", they said, "this is our decision, now let's move ahead with it."
